The tray/bin quantities shown below are per trolley. Each 90m² Rexmoi® dehydrator system accepts up to three innovatively designed trolleys that maximise airflow over the product.
Drawer Trays

Size: 600mm x 980mm x 90mm
Use: nuts
These drawers have been especially designed to force evenly distributed air flow down through the product. There are 12 drawers per trolley.
Large Bins
Qty: 4
Size: 600mm x 980mm x 300mm
Use: herbs, leaves, bulky products
These bins allow for bulky products such as leaves, designed to evenly distribute air flow through the product. There are 4 bins per trolley.
Wire or Solid Trays
Qty: 50
Size: 600mm x 980mm x 15mm
Use: fruit, veggies, meat, pet food
These trays allow the air flow to go over the product, rather than through it. There are 50 trays per trolley, providing 30m² of drying area per trolley.
