Rexmoi 90m² Dehydrator
The Standard Rexmoi 90/20 dryer removes up to 20 litres per hour.
The High-Spec Rexmoi 90/28 version removes moisture 40% faster, up to 28 litres per hour.
Create optimal drying recipes with the user-friendly HMI touch-screen. Multi-step recipes can be made, with options for dehydrating, heating or cooling.
This dryer takes three trolleys totaling 90m² of drying surface with 150 wire mesh trays; other tray or bin options are available.
The dryer has a forklift-friendly galvanised steel base, with urethane-insulated panels. All internal surfaces are stainless steel, which meets food-grade requirements.
The stainless-steel trays slide into heavy-duty stainless steel trolleys to enable the product to be easily moved in and out of the drying chamber. A counter-balanced ramp allows easy loading and unloading of trolleys from the dryer.

Drawer Trays

Use: nuts, berries, leafy products
These drawers have been especially designed to force evenly distributed air flow down through the product. There are 12 drawers per trolley.
Bin Trolleys

Use: herbs, leaves, bulky products
These bins allow for bulky products such as leaves, designed to evenly distribute air flow through the product. There are 4 bins per trolley.
Wire or Flat Trays

Use: fruit, veggies, meat, pet food
These trays allow the air flow to go over the product, rather than through it. There are 50 trays per trolley, providing 90m2 of drying area over the three trolleys.
